Make new friends, share stimulating conversations, and connect meaningfully at in-person events and in our private Facebook group.
Or sign up for updates on future events and when we open in other locations.
Our hosts will organise and facilitate a range of in-person events and activities, supported by a private Facebook group for online connections and virtual events, all designed to help you meet like-minded people, have stimulating conversations, and build lasting friendships.
Socialise at fun and friendly events that leave you feeling energised and fulfilled.
Go beyond small talk to form deep, lasting friendships through activities intentionally designed to help you spark meaningful connections.
A welcoming, judgment-free space where you can be yourself and connect with others in a supportive community.
A space where fun, friendship, and authenticity never age – because being yourself and enjoying life doesn’t have an age limit.
We’re not just here to host – we’re here to create together. Whether it’s organising events, leading activities, or starting conversations, everyone is encouraged to contribute, connect, and shape the community they want to be a part of.
A private Facebook group facilitated by our hosts for connecting and socialising in between events.
As I’ve grown older, I’ve found myself struggling to find a space where I feel like I belong. With friends moving away or starting families, the close friendships that came so easily in my youth are harder to find. While I’ve always loved the energy of a big night out, it’s not something I want to be doing regularly anymore – it negatively impacts my health, work, and relationships.
I feel that most queer venues cater to a younger crowd, leaving those of us who are older without spaces to meet new people, have fun, and make friends. Social media and apps have compounded the problem and often left me feeling disconnected, empty, and drained, rather than fulfilled, energised, and joyful.
I believe that connection, community and belonging are vital for our health, happiness and wellbeing. I want to continue to have a fun social life, meet people and nurture new friendships as I age, and believe others feel the same. That’s why I’m creating Kiki Clubhouse – a vibrant, supportive space where we can break free from the isolation of social media, make lasting friendships, and truly feel like we belong – no matter where we are in life.
Unlike bars, clubs, and apps which can feel intimidating and unwelcoming; Kiki Clubhouse is a curated and intentional community. It incorporates both in-person events and a private online space – both facilitated by hosts to help you feel welcome and connect with other members.
Yes, KiKi is open to all ages, however it has been created to cater to the preferences and lifestyles of older people who are transitioning out of the club and party scene (or who were never in that scene) and who are looking for a place to connect, socialise and make new friends without the comedown. We appreciate that younger people may also prefer this type of environment and encourage you to join.
A part of Kiki’s vision is to bring together all the colours of the rainbow. We welcome all people who resonate with our purpose and values, and are looking for meaningful connections in a space where they can be themselves.
We host regular Saturday Afternoon Social events and occasional other more intimate activities throughout the year. Think: brunches, picnics, theatre and cultural visits, dinners, day trips, and more (did someone say holiday!?). Most importantly, our events will be intentionally designed to help you connect, get to know other members, and facilitate stimulating conversations and meaningful friendships.
Are unicorns gay? Yasssss! We really encourage you to organise activities and invite other members. We want to create the space for you, as members, to take the lead, contribute, and co-create the community you’d like to be part of.
You can attend an event by buying a ticket, and once you’ve attended an event you’ll be invited to join the private Facebook group. We keep this private to attendees to make sure it’s a safe space and so it feels like a big group of close friends.
A home for social gatherings and fun conversations with friends.
